1st Online Training programme for Cluster Organisations

This upcoming Friday, 27th November will kick-off the start of 6 training sessions within the activities of the SmartCTClusters project, especifically designed for clusters management teams.

SmartCTClusters aims to explore a model of relationship between clusters in the field of the Smart Cities paradigm and to establish a collaboration network that includes some of the most relevant European actors in the ecosystems of mobility, energy, environment and information technologies. The sessions include content and case studies related to Cluster Strategy and Governance as well as opportunities for networking and exchange of best practices.

1 Dec – Module 1, Part 1: Cluster strategy and Cluster vision and action plan
4 Dec – Module 1, Part 2: Cluster strategy and Cluster vision and action plan
10 Dec – Matchmaking Session: best practices and knowledge exchanges
14 Dec – Module 2, Part 1: Cluster governance and Change management
18 Dec – Module 2, Part 2: Cluster governance and Change management

The program and its workshops are part of the project activities developed within the ClusterXchange Pilot Scheme, supported by the European Commission, managed by the 13 European Strategic Cluster Partnerships for Excellence (ESCP-4x) and serviced by the European Cluster Collaboration Platform. This training programme will count with the expertise of Cluster Development and its team of consultants, specialized in helping companies to increase their competitiveness through Cluster Initiatives that allow face strategic challenges in the same business jointly or collaboratively.
